Faulty or wrong item? We'll replace it free of charge.

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, or it isn’t what you ordered, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.

  1. Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. A photo of the problem helps us sort it out quickly.
  2. We’ll reply with the next steps. If we need the item back, please send it within 7 days of contacting us.
  3. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll refund the full purchase price.

Choosing your size

Every item is made to order and shipped directly from our production partners, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of size or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you’re unsure or between sizes, email us and we’ll help you choose.

Missing parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived, let us know within 60 days of purchase. If 45 days have passed and it still hasn’t arrived, we’ll refund your order.
